Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Lash Refill.

Most clients return every two to three weeks to maintain optimal fullness and symmetry. Timing depends on your natural lash shedding cycle, lifestyle, and desired density. Your technician will recommend a personalized refill schedule after assessing your extensions.

When applied and maintained by trained technicians using proper adhesive and techniques, refills are safe. We remove weak or incompatible lashes and avoid bonding to fragile natural hairs to protect long-term health.

Refill appointments generally last forty-five to seventy-five minutes depending on lash loss, desired density, and technique. Classic refills are shorter, while volume or hybrid fills take longer. Your technician provides an estimated time when booking.

Minor adjustments like length, curl, or fullness are possible during a refill if the existing foundation allows. For major style changes, a full removal and new full set is recommended to ensure optimal adhesion and balance.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid oil-based products for twenty-four hours prior. Bring preferred lash references and notify us of any eye sensitivities or recent treatments. Avoid caffeine to reduce eye fluttering during service.

Avoid water, steam, saunas, and heavy sweating for twenty-four to forty-eight hours to allow adhesive to cure. Use oil-free cleansers and brushes, sleep on your back when possible, schedule regular refills, and avoid oil-based products that break down adhesive.
