Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Teenager Facial.

Yes. Our Teenager Facial uses gentle, non-comedogenic products and a mild approach tailored to acne-prone or sensitive skin. Therapists assess each teen’s skin first and adjust treatments to prevent irritation while effectively reducing oil and impurities.

Appointments usually last 45 to 60 minutes, depending on skin condition and whether extractions are needed. We allow time for consultation, cleansing, treatment steps, extractions if necessary, and personalized aftercare advice.

Extractions may be performed when appropriate to safely clear blackheads and whiteheads. Our therapists use hygienic techniques and only extract when beneficial; if skin is too inflamed we'll avoid extractions and suggest alternative treatments.

For noticeable improvement we recommend a series of three to six facials spaced four weeks apart, combined with a consistent at-home routine. Frequency may vary based on severity, hormonal cycles and the therapist’s assessment.

We advise waiting at least 12 to 24 hours before applying makeup, especially after extractions. This allows pores to close and skin to recover, reducing risk of irritation or infection. Use non-comedogenic makeup when returning.

Avoid heavy exercise, sun exposure, tanning beds, harsh exfoliants and topical retinoids for 24–48 hours. Use gentle cleansers, sunscreen, and the recommended products to protect healing skin and prevent irritation.
