Most clients need three to six sessions spaced four to six weeks apart for noticeable improvement. Treatment counts vary based on severity, skin type and desired results. We'll assess your concerns in a consultation and build a personalized plan for optimal outcomes.

IPL is safe for many skin types when performed properly, but darker tones require careful settings to reduce risk of pigment changes. We perform consultations and patch tests to determine suitability and customize treatments for safe, effective results.

Appointments typically last 20–45 minutes. You'll wear protective eyewear while our technician delivers pulses across treated areas. Expect mild snapping sensations, temporary redness or warmth; cooling and aftercare minimize discomfort and downtime.

Common side effects include temporary redness, swelling and slight darkening of treated spots before they flake away. Rarely, blistering or hypo/hyperpigmentation can occur. Following pre- and post-care instructions significantly reduces complications.

Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanners for at least two weeks. Stop retinoids, chemical peels and waxing as advised. Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin and disclose medications or medical history during your consultation.

Some improvement appears after the first session, but pigment often darkens then sheds over one to three weeks. Best outcomes emerge after three to six sessions, with maintenance treatments and sunscreen recommended for lasting results.
